I am here to help you plan every step of the way! I will help and provide you with:

  • Location recommendations with pictures, maps, and trail stats.

  • You’ll receive my “The Ultimate Planning Guide” with 80+ pages to help you plan.

  • Vendor recommendations such as hair/make up artists, florist, videographer, personal chef, etc.

  • Wedding License Information

  • Wedding permits

  • Help you plan any other activities on your day like private jeep tour, horseback riding, helicopter ride, etc.

  • Weather assistance – Colorado is unpredictable so I will let you know what to expect.

CUSTOM TIMELINE:

Every elopement is different so it’s a good thing you have me who has photographed so many elopements in Colorado! I will craft the best timeline for you and your partner for your special day. This is a collaboration so I’ll send you draft timelines then we can nail down the final copy together.

I am HERE for you! After our initial phone call where you book me, I will be here via email whenever you need. If you have any questions about your wedding day, feel free to email me them! We are in this together and I am going to be your absolute best buddy to help you plan everything out. We’re going to make your day an epic adventure filled with love and joy!

ORDAINED SERVICES:

I am an ordained Elopement Photographer. I can legally sign your marriage license. That being said, I don’t play the traditional role as an officiant on your wedding day but I can guide you through your ceremony. I became ordained so I can make sure your elopement is as intimate as it can be! This service is given at no extra cost.

PHOTO DELIVERY:

You will get an online gallery with unlimited downloads with a minimum of 150+ photos (4 hour coverage) to 300+ photos (8 hour coverage) – it depends on what we are doing on your day! But I always over deliver. You can print your photos straight from the professional print lab that is in your online gallery. You will get sneak peeks from 10 to 20 photos within 48 hours so you can share with family and friends!

PHOTO ALBUMS:

ONLY available for the Ultimate Elopement Package and Full Day Package. The 12hr and 8hr elopement packages that are available. When you book this elopement package, you will receive a beautiful complimentary $1000 worth printed album that I will design and print for you.

POLAROIDS:

Not only will you get amazing digital high resolution edited photos but I will also give you tangible polaroids taken throughout your day! I love film and this is one way of capturing your day that you get to take home straight away! This service is given at no extra cost.

GEAR LIST:

You can rent some of my gear for your elopement at no extra cost! From Stand Up Paddle Boards, Picnic Blankets, Lanterns, Headlamps, “Just Married” backpack sign, etc. I will send you a checklist so you can select what you want for me to bring. It won’t include anything that is size dependent like hiking shoes, backpacks, etc.

NO EXTRA TRAVEL FEES:

There are NO hidden surprises. All photographer travel fees are included in your elopement package price.

Best for: Perfect for quick vow exchanges or small ceremonies in stunning local spots. Garden of the Gods would be the perfect spot!

Best for: A couple that wants a half day exploring two epic locations or going on a longer activity for their wedding day. You want a day that isn’t rushed and only want sunrise or sunset.

Elopement Video Packages

Interested in adding video to your elopement photography package? I will capture those little moments throughout your elopement where I will design, craft, and create a beautiful highlighted video that you can show your family and friends and remind yourself of the little movements you did throughout your day, like how you held hands while watching a rainbow, hiked up a trail, or cried during your vows.

M + J | Hiking All Day Elopement | Frisco, Colorado

I have SO many good things to say about Vivian. When we started planning our elopement, all we knew was we wanted to elope in Colorado. We had no idea where we would get married, or what activities we could do on our day. I was already feeling overwhelmed! Vivian planned an initial phone call with me and my now husband, where she asked us questions about what we imagined for our day and what activities we liked to do. We talked about hiking and going to a brewery! We also talked about how we really wanted mountains, trees, and lakes in our pictures. Vivian suggested 3 locations where we could plan our elopement. We picked a location, and then Vivian gave us suggestions for hikes, breweries, and vendors. From that our day was planned! Vivian also created our timeline that included 2 hikes and a stop at a brewery. The majority our day was planned with little to no effort on my part. Vivian also provides an online elopement guide. This guide was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything planned out. I referenced it many times. I specifically used the guide when purchasing hiking clothing, and I am glad I did, because we bought clothing that kept us warm and happy on our day. Our actual elopement day was magical. I was very nervous for our initial hike, but Vivian gave me advice of how to prepare for the hike. During the actual hike, we took many breaks (which Vivian already accounted for in our timeline). Vivian did a great job of keeping us on our timeline and adjusting our timeline on the fly to give us more time at certain locations. I was so thankful to not be the timekeeper on my special day. Vivian also gave us advice on how to drive through the mountains and not destroy our car. She also gave us recommendations for additional hikes we could do while we stayed in Colorado. Vivian went above and beyond our expectations. It really felt like we spent the day with a friend who valued our interests and happiness.
We got our sneak peeks back within 2 days, and they were amazing! We cant stop staring at them. Our friends and families have given us so many compliments. They said we looked so happy in our pictures, and you could tell how beautiful Colorado is through the pictures. Vivian’s camera is AMAZING! The pictures are so detailed and the images are so clear. I cannot believe that Vivian captured our happiness and emotion of the day. We don’t have cheesy, posed wedding pictures, we have beautiful pictures that reflect what the day truly felt like.
We really feel like we have made a life long friend through this process. Vivian truly cares about your happiness and your interests. I am so thankful we had the opportunity to work with her. If you are on the fence about eloping, I HIGHLY suggest doing it AND using Vivian. Within one hour of our day, I knew we made the right decision.

  • Yes! Your love is safe here. My nephew was part of the LGBTQIA+ community but he committed suicide when he was 17 years old because his parents had kicked him out of his home. He lived with me for a few years before he moved in with friends and tried to communicate with his parents but they didn’t budge with their opinions so he thought that was the best way out. Therefore, I make sure to let everyone know that I support all love.

  • No worries at all! It can be a little intimidating when you have a camera in front of your face but I have a calming and fun personality that will make you forget you have a camera in front of your face.

    Seriously, that is one thing my couples always compliment me on! That they never felt awkward because I got you, boo. I have all the tips and tricks to get you comfortable.

  • I will assist you with the planning! That means, I will send you a vendor list based on the location you choose to elope. Places you want to eat, do or see in the mountain town. I will create an elopement timeline for you. I will send you companies if you are planning to book an off-roading jeep tour elopement, etc. I will send you information on the trails that you want to elope on. I will give you all the details on how to get your marriage license in Colorado.

    I am not a full on planner that will book accommodation, flights, etc for you. I will assist you with everything else!
